What is Balanced Dimensions?

Balanced Dimensions offers fitness classes, both online and in-person, to a variety of fitness levels. We also offer classes that provide accessibility to those who are Hard of Hearing or Deaf.  Check out our video clips to see if they are a good fit for you (Click on the button below).
Health and wellness coaching, as well as nutrition coaching, are also available.

There are many different definitions and models of wellness but mostly all agree that wellness is multi-dimensional. ​While we don't necessarily require an equal balance among these dimensions, we should aspire to work towards a harmony between these dimensions that is authentic to us. We all have our own beliefs and values which translates to that harmony being exclusively unique to each individual.
