What is a Health Coach?
As a health and wellness coach I'm here to provide support and guidance on proper nutrition, being active, managing stress and a positive mindset. I have over 25 years experience in the fitness industry and have taken on various health-related roles from weight loss consultant to personal trainer. I have a degree in Psychology, a diploma in Food & Nutrition Management, I am CanFit Pro Group Fitness and Personal Trainer certified and I'm certified as an ACE Health Coach. I am Yoga certified (200 hour) and have had an ongoing interest in meditation for over 10 years.
Together we will discuss what your goals are, as well as any potential blocks, and put together a strategy that will get you on the correct path towards achieving your health and wellness goals. My role is to help guide you from where you are to where you want to be through motivation, support and utilizing effective tools. I will also help hold you accountable so that you can achieve your best possible you.
What I won't do for you:
- Provide medical advice
- Write you a diet to follow
- Do the work for you
